Don't You Know Your Body is a Temple?

Ladies sometimes we don't realize how much soda/pop can cause weight gain. Take away that, and replace with water, fruits and veggies! Wheat bread not white!!!!! Eat fruit, wheat thins, salads, etc instead of chips, cakes, and junk food.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit"? We want to be used by God in all these ways, yet we destroy out bodies by eating to much things that harms our bodies.
