 I am truly blessed with this knowledge 'Qponing with Wisdom" a woman of wisdom using divine knowledge from God.  I've been qponing for 1 month, and this is what I have from it.  Most of the soda's will be used for an outreach cookout we will be having hosted by Cafe Psalms 150/Speak Life Outreach and The Next Generation of Believer's on July 23, 2011.  We will serve for FREE: Soda, Hotdogs, music and more!!! I also picked up some soda's, water, and hotdogs for our church picnic in June! (The 3 un-open packs are for the church, the other 3 are for my family lol)

My 1st CVS Shopping Trip!!!

I tell you, having this knowledge of how to qpon has truly been a blessing to me and my family.  I encourage each of you to take hold of this blessing too!

Got a great deal at CVS yesterday! Paid $10, and received $5 in ECB! I used the $5 ECB on a second transaction on the Cottonelle and paid $3.72 for 10 packs of tissue! Total cost for the entire sale that day was $8.72!

oh, I forgot to add that I should have paid $16 for a pack of 5 (which I would have NEVER gotten if not on sale!!!). Total cost should have been $32 for 2 packs of the 5 (10 rolls). I took advantage of the store sale, and used the $ECB! God is Good!!!!!

Great Sale on Cola 12pk at Jewels!

With Memorial Day coming up, I had to find some pop, and I found a good deal at Jewels!

The sale is 4 (12 packs) for $9 making it $2.25 each, the coupon that I used said if I bought four of the Cola Products I would get $3 off making it $1.50 each!!! Can't beat $6 for 4 (12packs)!

My 1st Coupon Experience on May 18, 2011

Ok, I am a firm believer that coupons can save you money, because I walked it, and shopped it! :)

With the way the world is today, we must think of creative ways to save money. "Sista Save-a-Lot , and Monika Bourgeois from Facebook taught me that! I had a chance to sit with Sista Save-a-Lot, and gain insite on how to coupon which open up a whole new world for me. My friend Monika from Facebook, gave a lot of advice that has taught me many things!!

So, I started reading and watching Extreme Couponing the beginning of April, and I said to myself, "Does this really work?" The more I watched and read, the more I wanted to know more about saving money.

So after, reading more blogs, and watching others I said that I had to learn this!

10 Fuze Drink (4 Free) (sale was $.50 ea, used $1 of 2 bottles)
6 large bags of chips (3 Ruffles 3 Lays) - (sale $1.99 ea, used $2/2)
3 2 liter Sierra Mist (FREE)(use qpon that said if I bought the Lays, I would get a 2 Liter of Sierra Mist Free)
18 Propel Waters (sale was $2.99 for 6 bottles used $1/on every 6 bottles)
10 Vitamin Water (sale $.50, didn't use qpon because I couldn't pass the opportunity to pay $5 for 10 bottles)

You can not go wrong with saving! God has equipped us for what we need to live and multiple what we have! You CAN do this! Unfortunately there are others that won't try because it takes effort. Only the ones that are serious about saving money, using this gift to get out of debt, not depending on others, and help others to help themselves will.

I'm not finish and will learn to save on cleaning products, clothes, and anything I can, and will blog about it! Not only can you can do this, but God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly all that you could ever ask or think!! This isn't it! He has more, and I'm going to tap into it, then help others to get theirs from Him! It doesn't stop with saving money, but also using your gifts. Are you a writer? Can you cook? Can you knit, sow, make jewelry? You have so much in you to start your own business! You don't have to depend on anything but God. He will show you how to prosper naturally AND spiritually!

Don't You Know Your Body is a Temple?

Ladies sometimes we don't realize how much soda/pop can cause weight gain. Take away that, and replace with water, fruits and veggies! Wheat bread not white!!!!! Eat fruit, wheat thins, salads, etc instead of chips, cakes, and junk food.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit"? We want to be used by God in all these ways, yet we destroy out bodies by eating to much things that harms our bodies.
