Target Experience 1-17-12 (NONSENSE)!

I just got back from a 45 min fight with the supervisor at Target. The supervisor told the cashier I couldn't use my $3 off any 3 Nabisco coupon on the $1 Teddy Graham Crackers I got. She said “That’s means she is getting them all Free”. I told them about their coupon policy, and she insisted I couldn't use it because of the picture. So...I called corporate and they said the same as I did. You can not go by the picture, but you must go by the wording. They can however; limit the amount you get at their discretion, but since that is not the case, you CAN use them. 

So the rep told me to put the supervisor on the phone. This girl was young, and angry at the world!!! The rep told her that I can use the coupon on the Nabisco Teddy Graham Go Paks, because it says ANY. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. She actually was fighting with Corporate!!! So they girl HUNG up the phone with the Rep (mind you she didn’t even ask if I wanted to speak back wit them), and called another associate over to see if she can use it. The 2nd associate looks at it, and pauses. The supervisor told the 2nd associate that I was trying to get 15 of these, and they are giving it to me for free. The 2nd associate said well, the coupon does state that she saves #3/3 on any, so she would only be able to use 1 coupon per 3. The supervisor was HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. You hear me, I mean boiling…I mean really?

The 2nd associated stated she was going to make a copy of the coupon, and show it to our regional manager. I politely stated you can give her my information if you like. She said she didn’t need it, but would give me their name so I can call them,.
So…after 45 minutes of nonsense, I paid $.34 for $20 worth of stuff (15 Teddy Graham Go Paks, and 1 pack of AA 6 pack Duracell Batteries)
